1. Can I change the price after I start selling the product?

The price can be changed after posting. Please contact JIGSAW specialist.

2. How do I earn money from sales?

Payment will be made within one month after the sale is completed and receipt is confirmed by the buyer.

3. Will the artist know who sold the artwork?

Generally, we do not disclose any information about the owner of a work of art to buyers.

4. Can I sell and buy without being a registered member?

You need to register as a JIGSAW member.

5. Can artworks be returned after resale?

Normally, we do not accept returns. However, if the artwork is damaged during transportation to the buyer, JIGSAW can accept the return at JIGSAW's expense. In this case, we will pay the seller as usual.

6. Do I need to pay for applying for resale? How does the process work?

There is no fee to apply. When a sale is successful, a sales fee will be charged from the sales amount.

Can I apply to resell artwork from outside China?

Yes, we accept applicants from outside China.
